1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with jl022, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the jl022 platform, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting jl022 customer support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. jl022 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Deposits and Payments

jl022 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), online banking, over-the-counter payments, and other locally supported options. When making a deposit, you agree to the following:

5. Withdrawals and Processing

jl022 strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawal terms include:

Withdrawal Disputes: If you believe a withdrawal was processed incorrectly, you must notify jl022 customer support within 14 days of the transaction. jl022 will investigate the matter and, if an error is confirmed, will rectify it promptly. Claims made after 14 days may not be considered.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jl022 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

12. Changes to Terms

jl022 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms a nd Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the jl022 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the jl022 platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
